A session to cover SORP updates, charity accounts and thresholds.
Course description
If your parish prepares accounts on an accruals basis, this 1-hour virtual session will help you understand what’s changing with the updated SORP and what action you may need to take. The session will include changes to accounts formats, independent examinations and audit thresholds, the practical impact on parishes and key actions to consider.
A Q&A opportunity will also be provided.

About the course leader
Helen Blundell is an Audit Partner at Crowe UK, an organisation that acts as the auditors to several Diocese. Helen is also a fellow of the Association of Charity Independent Examiners and gift aid secretary at her own local church.
