Course description
This course is required for those considering becoming Lay Worship Leaders. Using the Diocesan Handbook as a base you will learn something of the theology and history of worship, and reflect on the responsibility of leading others in worship.
Who is this course suitable for?
Anyone sensing that God might be calling them to lead worship from time to time. You will need your parish priest’s support to enrol on this course, so have a conversation with them first.
When and where?
All sessions take place at Bradford on Avon Holy Trinity.
Starting on 10th February at 7pm.
Then every subsequent Tuesday at 7pm for 9 weeks.
Additional Safeguarding training and a DBS check will also be required for those hoping to be commissioned as Lay Worship Leaders.
