An introductory course into learning Biblical Hebrew.
Course description
This easy, accessible workshop welcomes those with no prior knowledge of Biblical Hebrew. This fun three-module course will teach you how to read Hebrew and thus discover what the Old Testament and Jesus really said. Be prepared for some big surprises! Transform your teaching and preaching.

When and where?
Emmaus House, The Avenue, Wilton, Salisbury SP2 0FG from 9.30am to 12.30pm with a 15-minute break. The course will take place across three sessions:
- Tuesday 14th April – session cancelled
- Tuesday 12th May
- Tuesday 9th June

About the course leader
Revd Stephen Startup is a retired Anglican priest, who served in the Diocese of Salisbury. He has over 50 years of Christian ministry experience and studied both Old Testament Hebrew and New Testament Greek at theological college. He has lived in Egypt and has a working knowledge of Arabic. He has led a number of pilgrimages to the Holy Land. Stephen lives in Christchurch, Dorset and can sometimes be seen sailing in the harbour.
